He has an extensive background in disaster recovery and has served in various leadership roles throughout his career, including CEO/Founder of C&B Services, and President of two other leaders in the industry. Overall, Troy Crochet’s leadership and vision have played a critical role in the growth and success of these companies. His dedication to excellence, innovative thinking, and exceptional management skills have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and clients alike, and his impact on the disaster recovery industry will be felt for years to come. As President and Partner of FPS, he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic vision, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
James McNeely
Vice President of Operations/CoFounder
James McNeely is an accomplished operations executive with a wealth of experience in managing large-scale disaster recovery projects. One of his most notable accomplishments was his leadership in overseeing a $58M electrical fire job at North America’s leading rail manufacturer. Despite the significant challenges presented by this project, James McNeely was able to successfully navigate the complex logistical and operational issues involved in the recovery effort. Through his leadership and dedication, he was able to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality. He has a keen eye for detail and is known for his ability to develop efficient processes and systems that maximize productivity and minimize downtime. As a Partner and Vice President of Operations, he oversees all operational aspects of the company, including project management, logistics, and quality control.
Jeff Wilson
Vice President/CoFounder
Jeff Wilson is a highly skilled business executive with a deep understanding of the disaster recovery industry. Jeff Wilson is a seasoned veteran in the commercial insurance and disaster recovery industries, with over a decade of experience as an international large loss consultant for one the world’s leading insurance providers. During his time here, he developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing large-scale disaster recovery projects, as well as the insurance industry’s unique challenges and requirements.
As an international large loss consultant, Jeff Wilson was responsible for managing some of the largest and most complex disaster recovery projects around the world. He worked closely with clients to develop customized recovery plans and ensure that all projects were completed on time and within budget. He also provided expert guidance and support throughout the claims process, working to maximize clients’ recovery and minimize their losses.
He has a talent for identifying emerging trends and developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients. As Vice President/CoFounder, Jeff’s deep understanding of the insurance industry and its unique challenges has been instrumental in helping clients navigate the often-complex claims process. He works closely with clients to develop customized recovery plans that align with their insurance policies and maximize their recovery potential. In addition, he provides expert guidance and support throughout the claims process, working to minimize clients’ losses and ensure they receive the compensation they are entitled to.
Thomas Sirk
Vice President of Sales
Thomas Sirk is a dynamic professional with over eight years of leadership experience in the restoration and recovery industry, working with several of the most prominent groups in the industry. His journey began in insurance sales, laying the foundation for a career marked by successful ventures in legal, operations, and sales roles within the restoration sector. Thomas’s expertise spans across a diverse range of projects, including managing and selling multimillion-dollar restoration efforts following significant hurricanes in Louisiana, Florida, and Texas.
With a fervent passion for sales and networking, Thomas has demonstrated an exceptional ability to deliver results for clients. He has managed and executed environmental, recovery, and reconstruction projects at various military bases nationwide, multi-family, commercial and industrial properties . His proficiency also extends to mergers and acquisitions within the restoration industry, identifying and vetting qualified prospects for some of the largest firms in the restoration industry.
Throughout his career, Thomas has established and nurtured relationships with some of the most prominent commercial real estate groups in the country. He has been instrumental in developing disaster recovery plans and managing key accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. His extensive experience has also fostered close collaborations with insurance professionals, including brokers, adjusters, consultants, risk managers, and claims representatives, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted partner in the field.
